Delivery Area

We deliver to Switzerland. An expansion to other countries will be added here as soon as it is confirmed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs and any free shipping threshold will be added as soon as they are determined. The costs will be displayed to you during the order process before checkout.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is indicated for each product. As some of the assortment is shipped directly from the supplier, delivery times may vary depending on the product. For orders with multiple items, these may arrive in separate shipments.

Tracking

Once your shipment is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email, if available.

Customs and Import

For shipments from abroad, customs, import, and processing fees may apply. The regulation regarding this will be added.

Undeliverable Shipments

Please provide your complete address. For returns due to an undeliverable address, renewed shipping costs may apply.

Returns and Refunds

Important: In Switzerland, there is no general legal right of withdrawal for online purchases. We grant the following right of return voluntarily - however, it is binding for us.

Return Period

The return period will be added as soon as it is determined.

Conditions

The goods must be unused, unassembled, complete, and in their original packaging. We cannot accept parts that have already been assembled, painted, modified, or damaged.

Excluded from Return

Custom-made products and individually configured parts
Opened care and chemical products, if the seal has been removed

Procedure

Please notify us of the return in advance by email to rahend.taher@outlook.com with your order number and reason. We will confirm the return address to you. We cannot process unannounced returns.
