Principle

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDPA). Personal data is only processed to the extent necessary for processing your order, operating the shop, or due to legal obligations.

What Data We Process

Order Data: Name, delivery and billing address, email address, ordered items, payment method
Payment Data: processed by payment service providers; we do not see full credit card details
Contact Data: information from the contact form or via email
Usage Data: IP address, browser type, access time, pages viewed
Newsletter: email address, if you subscribe

Purposes

Contract fulfillment (order, shipping, payment, returns), customer communication, operation and security of the shop, fulfillment of legal retention obligations, and - with your consent - newsletters.

Shopify as Shop Platform

This shop is operated via the Shopify platform. Shopify processes the data generated in the shop on our behalf and may also process data outside of Switzerland. Shopify's privacy policy: shopify.com/legal/privacy

Shipping and Suppliers (Dropshipping)

To fulfill your order, we pass on the data necessary for shipping (name, delivery address, possibly email for tracking) to shipping service providers and suppliers. Depending on the supplier, disclosure to other countries may occur. Specific suppliers will be added once they are connected.

Disclosure Abroad

Personal data may be disclosed to countries outside of Switzerland. If this occurs in a country without adequate data protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by legal retention periods.
