1. Scope of Application
These GTCs apply to all orders placed through this online shop between Rahend Taher, Arsenalstrasse 18, 6010 Kriens (hereinafter "Car24X") and the customer.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the shop is not a binding offer, but an invitation to order. By submitting your order, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded with our order confirmation or with the dispatch of the goods. An automatic confirmation of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance.
3. Prices
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF). Shipping costs as well as any customs duties and import fees will be shown separately during the ordering process. The note on VAT will be added as soon as the VAT situation has been clarified.
4. Payment
Accepted payment methods will be added as soon as payment providers are activated.
5. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the specified delivery address. Delivery times are indicative and not fixed dates, unless otherwise expressly agreed. Partial deliveries are permissible if this is reasonable for you.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
7. Warranty and Notification of Defects
The statutory provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations apply. Obvious defects or transport damage must be reported to us as soon as possible, within 7 days of receipt.
8. Returns
In Switzerland, there is no general legal right of withdrawal for online purchases. We voluntarily grant a right of return according to our return policy.
9. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from intent and gross negligence. Otherwise, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
10. Intended Use of Vehicle Parts
Vehicle and tuning parts may only be used as intended and within the framework of applicable road traffic regulations. The customer is responsible for the admissibility of attachments and modifications and for professional installation. Parts without approval may not be used in public road traffic.
11. Vehicle Compatibility
Information on fit is indicative. Please check before ordering, using your vehicle data, whether the part fits. If in doubt, contact us before purchase.
12. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction will be added after legal review.
